This family-run guest house is 150 metres from the sea and 350 metres from Paignton town centre. It has free Wi-Fi, a few free parking spaces and en suite rooms with Freeview TV. St Edmunds Guest House has a south-facing garden with a lawn. Paignton Rail Station is less than 500 metres from St Edmunds and the shops and beach are a short walk away. The en suite rooms have alarm clock radios, hairdryers and tea/coffee. A full English breakfast is available each day. Breakfasts are freshly cooked and made using local produce. A small number of free car parking spaces are available on site, with extra parking sometimes available on the road next to St Edmunds Guest House.

Guests are asked to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. Pets may only be accepted in certain rooms. Please contact the hotel for more information. From 21 to 28 December 2011, only bed and breakfast will be available. Dinner is available at the hotel upon request.
