On the Torbay seafront, the 4-star Grand Hotel has an AA Rosette-winning restaurant and a gym, with majestic views over the bay. Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a leisure suite with a beauty centre. Spread over 4 floors, rooms at The Grand Hotel have satellite TV and a hospitality tray. Each is en suite with bath and overhead shower. Some rooms feature views of the Torbay coastline and balconies. The hotel's restaurant is well known for its full Westcountry breakfasts and the spacious Compass Bar and Lounge provide wonderful views over the bay. Sweet pastries, treats and homemade breads are baked daily by the Grand. Overlooking the indoor pool, the leisure club offers state-of-the-art equipment including a cross trainer, 2 treadmills, rowing machine and a multi-gym station. The hotel also offers a sun terrace and a sauna.

Due to a Summer Ball being held on 15th June 2012, the pool will close at 16:00 and there will be no dinner available.
